I support the strikers. The system is broken. Workers keep the county growing. Their work must be respected and paid for properly. The government waste so much money on crony deals and consultancy, providing there is money when it suits them. The NHS is filled with middle managers that seem able to authorise Locum fees, paying 3 times as much, plus expenses so I don't believe the budget can't afford to pay nurses properly. Every NHS private recruiter is making money out of a broken system. Only way to stop it is to highlight the problem. Striking highlights these problems. It's the only power we have.
